The toad in the middle of this picture is known locally as a "laser toad" because of the crazy noise they make. You can see in this picture how he is all blown up, well when he deflates he sounds like a star wars laser gun discharging. George Lucas should come here for his sound effects.
I am fascinated by all of your amphibian friends! I tried to look the laser toad up on youtube so I could hear it, but no luck. Maybe you can re-create the sound when you return?
